It's "Solomon's" thing, he has fabricated that corporation, he can do whatever he likes.
It is just a shell, there is no business.
That's why you don't get stock dividend, that's why no cash dividend.
That's why Siaf doesn't get help from the cash flow.
That's why it's even used as an excuse to suck money from Siaf and they claim TRW is eternally building capex. It's not.
Same aquafarm pictures and tours to inactive facilities are used to milk money from the stock market. It's a scam.
Of course they wouldn't destroy Siaf like that if there was real money and real profits in TRW/Siaf.

This is the only logical explanation, accepting this makes all the betrayed promises make sense, lack of money makes sense, why TRW doesn't pay Siaf, why there were no mega- this or that, why no dividend only announcements and hopes and then they let everybody down.
This explains why Siaf trades at 1,5% of the claimed book value, why TRW 1/3 ownership didn't lift the Siaf shareprice.
It explains why they dilute with share price and trust destroying consequences - it's their only real business.
It explains why we see no harvests, no trucks full of shrimp, it explains why we don't see Solly with customers, why it doesn't say "Siaf" on the wall of these buildings.
It explains the unnecessary complicated corporate structure, it explains why they don't simply just sell tiny bit of assets and be loan free and able to pay dividends.
Accept that it is a scam and EVERYTHING makes perfect sense.

I think one posssible reason why there has been no TRW stock dividend may be that those who own the majority of shares of TRW think that it is not in their interest to change ownership right now. They may think that it will not be good for the big loan to partly change owners prior to a possible loan. Those new owners will probably have different priorities than current owners. I don't agree with those who think that Solomon is in full control of TRW.

I still think it is a possible indication that Solomon is not in full control is that SIAF during recent months has issued more than 10 million shares despite the fact that one option would have been for TRW to pay back a small part of its debt to SIAF. To me it seems obvious that the choice made in this respect has not been the most favorable option for SIAF shareholders. But it is also possible that this could be Solomon's since he pays little attention to the interesto of SIAF's shareholders.
