They changed the tax rate from 20% to 22% last year so that is what the hoop-la was about. Here is the statement regarding the settlement.

"The amount of tax that Gifa Holding, an international credit consulting company that attracts frequent attention with its international field successes, will pay due to its 2017 revenues. Having many companies in the world, Gifa Holding will pay a total of 111 million 582 thousand 923 TL tax considering the income of all companies."

This is for all the companies.....that we think just rolled into FRFS.
