Its not so far fetched. I saw a documentary once about a guy who was out hunting. He shot at some food. He had no idea that his buck shot would cause crude to come bubbling up through the ground. It was totally unexpected. He made so much money that him and all his family bought a mansion in Beverly Hills. True story.
