It is checkmate vs stalemate. John n Angel got to do something to keep adtm current then ICO can move on and sell.

If not, ICO will be dead.

On the contrary, if adtm is getting current before the launch of ICO, ...both ICO and adtm will be doing really well.

It is the move that John and Angel cant afford not to go current with adtm.

Just my honest opinion.
