If the SEC was just after Rik and the Consultant, the complaint would not read:

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged a Florida-based microcap issuer, its CEO, and one of its consultants with making material misstatements to retail investors, among other charges.

This statement makes the Florida-based microcap issuer named as defendent along with CEO and a consultant.

This could get real ugly if Rik did something wrong. I do not believe the SEC lawyers give a damn about the welfare of the shareholders. Caveat emptor my friends.
