Thanks for the heads up, I totally missed that end of day move on Friday, and may even have missed it by monday morning. Well, once again they have caught up with their filings further confirming that they are not giving up even with the govt seemingly not on their side. Owning a million shares, I am willing to part with some of them, so if we can stay around at 4 cents or above, I will be taking some off the table, not sure how much, but probably at least 100K shares, but not sure yet, need to see how it trades. If I couldnt use the money for other opportunities, I wouldnt sell until maybe 6 or 7 cents.

New management, well ok, not sure what that means yet. Did the previous CEO not do a good job, could he have somehow done better negotiating with the govt to let them do what they have set out to do, I dont know, it may have been totally out of his control, but I can tell you that their communications with shareholders has been crap, that's for sure, there's no question about that.

But seeing the stock at least start to move up is a good thing for sure, let's see what attention this gets.
