They all say that. I've seen 2 SEC halts this year that I thankfully avoided but had on my watch list. The CEO always comes out and says something along the lines of "the charges laid against me are bogus blah blah I'm going to defend myself in court blah blah."

Even Elon Musk had to settle his fraud suit with the SEC to the tune of 20 million. Just to pay the legal fees Rik would have to raise the AS to like 100,000,000,000 and dilute the float right to the limit cause you know he sure as hell won't use his own money if he can get if paid for by selling shares.
