The agreement was that one of the milestones were ANNOUNCED prior to the 30th. Trading Days per the agreement counted as....if the company announced prior to market open....the share price needed to hit .50 on that day. If they announced a milestone during trading day or AFTER HOURS per the poster I was responding to....the next trading day would be the day the SP needed to hit .50. So when someone suggested that Friday after hours would be a good time to announce....it would not.....because this Monday would still count for share price to hit .50
