There is no deadline. Our renewed 2017 agreement with Aspire is still in place. It is just not operable at these share prices and trading volume in dollar value. What the company is trying to do with "new sources of capital" is to get some temporary cash until our share price is higher. It would likely be a private placement similar to early last year. And it might not be necessary. Time (next few weeks) will tell.
