We have been thru this I thought? That 170 number was if they hit milestones and the extra 5million were sold for shares. We did not hit milestones saving dilution. Yes no cash was accepted but no shares were given. If ipix and BP are friendly and a deal is at a confident level to go thru....We will be 10’s if millions less on OS. Leo and Art are hopefully confident and ready to move on to the next offer if this BP drags feet. IMO.
