So you've visited them and what did you see/learn exactly?? What made you think "The company is well underway to achieve all of their goals"?

Did you ask how management/consultants justify their $18M salaries over 9 months while producing $5K in revenue? Did you ask how they justify spending $2.7M on IR during the same period when they don't even pick up the phone according to many posters?

You've provided no useful information whatsoever that would justify the company's valuation. The financials are atrocious. There's practically no revenue. No one has seen their labs/facilities that they claim to have. There are just these vague posts like yours. It's a joke!
