I guess that's not exactly right.

It's Assets - Liabilities + Positivity - Negativity + Gullibility - Skepticism + Volatility - Volume.

I don't think they hold any debt at the moment so I would say the liquid valuation is around .72 if they could get a sucker to grab their shares in massive blocks in private placements. If they try to put any large number of shares on the ASX, they'll destroy their valuation even more.

Whoever is holding this should be thankful it's trading at over 100% premium.
