Not to mention it would be shareholders of record at the time the lawsuit was filed. I somehow doubt that anyone on this SMB would qualify, about as much as I doubt the merits of this case. If this were such a slam-dunk case, the CEO wouldn't have been trying to mobilize support, which led to this ticker being shut down permanently.

Hope always springs eternal when these scammy OTC issues get suspended, and the end game is virtually always the same, penny players money is gone for ever. Having said that, I always enjoy the mental gymnastics that are offered in effort to have it come 'round; what a hoot!


But the moot point reference was directed at the question of just how realistic are the expectations for this lawsuit
