So they lowered the AS to 500 mil from a bil so they could do a RS...what a joke.
If anything they will do a fS since there will not be enough shares to go around when the institutions start buying
This isnt even misunderstanding "stock 101" its just looking at "alternative facts" as so many do....good for a morning laugh though!!!!!!!
