A group of us are also taking a starter position in CRXPF because they have a similar business model as CNNRF.. m/c is under 30M right now with revenues to begin flowing Q4 from some tenants..the stock has only been trading since June so it has not bloated pps like the majority of others..here are a few quick DD links that explain things like Fee structure etc..the stock has just pulled back from its recent run to .52 and offer what I think is an excellent entry price here under .40 all opinions respected.. g/l
