No worries I get my tickers mixed up from time to time too. You had me wondering if I had missed something!

So what reason would they have for putting out this 8K? They are alternative reporting so it was never required right? I can’t imagine after a suspension they would submit a questionable filing to the SEC. They have to know it’s going to be extensively scrutinized.
