On the other hand, maybe it is a relatively accurate reflection of my opinion of the following phrase, which deserves explanation:
"and to manage the previous agreement with Internal Hydro International".

It is not even difficult to make the point that this is loosly worded. It is 100% unclear. Furthermore, I spent nearly 35 years as a professional consultant. If I had ever been able obtain a wide open management agreement with absolutely no apparent limitations, I would have thought I had died and gone to heaven. What exactly is being managed here? What limitations? What framework? Reference this matter using any phrasing the warms the cockles of your heart, but as for me, I think each and every shareholder deserves to know more than just that there is an undefined expense related to "management" of IHDR's existing agreement. For heaven sakes, man, what exactly does this mean? Who pays? When? How much? How long? Come on, man, you could drive a fleet of trucks through this thing.

As the conduit of info... and let me at this point complement you.... you have done a fine job in this regard and you deserve abundant recognition.... so, as the EXCELLENT CONDUIT, rather than slapping me for having the wherewithall to spot this "loosy-goosy" phrasing, you need to get on your horse and ride. Find out the answer and get back to us. Waste no time slapping the astute observers on this board, who, like me, are well behaved contributors on this and other boards. If you want to wear the mantle... the chicken hat, as it were... of this board's leader, find stuff like this out and voluntarily refrain from shooting the messenger.
