regardless even by flipperland standards they now know they NEED deal done ASAP, as it will take 5 years+ to get any discovery in production at a level that will sustain manila / luzon as malampaya runs out in 5 - 7 years at the outside........as we know Malampaya produces 40% of the juice for Luzon and if any of you remember the 80's and the 90's and even to the 00's 8 hr brownouts EVERY DAY in the dry season were commonplace and sometimes 3 days at a stretch and since then the metro has grown massively as has foreign investment and production and factory facilities ...even a dumb @ss gets it .....so it will HAPPEN......bring it home Rod!
