Patience! When you say "maybe NOLAN should get out there more and promote his latest venture and start announcing some franchises" - how much "more" can a human do when already working 24/7 on uWink! I get the impression that many things are in motion on many fronts, we just have to wait. As for franchises, one of the SEC filings said that uWink would take 3 to 6 months to hone down the operations of the first restaurant before they would start cookie cutting them. Will be offline until late today as I'm way behind some work.
