They did it when they filed for the Ibeto Cement International Corporation in Florida.

IDK why they decided that 20b AS was the number to go for... But if you look at the other tickers (WS*L) that they setup, they also set those up as big bloated AS stocks.

The float is much, much smaller - as most of those shares are tied up in Ibeto's hands.

We trade the float... so that's the good news.
