Stock went down on Friday due to uncertainty of Mondays filing date for lead plaintiffs in the class actions suits.

Last week I read a post from goomzie on RB. He indicated that trading was slight during these times and it may not amount to much. I do not have the trading logs for the class action period but I do recall little trading activity for much of the period. I remember the big run was at the begining of 2000.
