The 10-k is a very interesting read

So much going on with this company, but it hasn't been communicated well at all. Turning into a holding company for a variety of CBD IP and drug (and drug delivery) development. I like the strategy of setting up separate subsidiaries to raise capital. Makes it easier to eventually sell to another pharma.

The IR effort has been extremely poor to this point. Perhaps a blitz is in the offing once they get listed on the CSE. I certainly hope so.
