That's not how it works.

First you have to compute the value of MHTX's ownership in IBX. That value is .06 (IBX share price) * 64M (MHTX shares of IBX) = $3.84M

Then, you have to spread it across ownership in MHTX. I won't even bother including options and warrants. I'll just use MHTX outstanding shares.

$3.84M / 533M outstanding shares of MHTX = .72 cents per share.

Since there are no earnings, there is no price to earnings ratio, which means the valuation is just the accumulation of all assets.

So, all you can say is the value of MHTX is .72 cents per share plus some intellectual property which over the last 20 years has lost over $50M smackers.
