right, and what i'm saying is it shouldn't matter, it's a vicious cycle of people saying "the lawsuits matter because it's selling off, therefore the lawsuits matter" -- they don't.

the lawsuits don't matter.

also, i could just as soon say it's shorts taking advantage of the headlines and not anyone actually selling.

and if you're selling on these lawsuits hitting the wires, good! get the hell out of my stock, dork!
