Interesting question. Maybe someone else knows the answer but don't regarding UEXCF being listed on the pink sheets. I can tell you that the TSX has some of the strictest reporting regulations.

Frankly, I did not realize that UEXCF was listed on the Pink Sheets but that would explain the low volumes coming out of the USA. I could speculate that the UEXCF Pink Sheet listing is due to a cost of listing issue but you should probably contact the company management to ask that question.
