If they were serious about making a full switch to being a Technology Company comoeting with a Telecom and/or IOT product. Firing Gregg would be a positive step.
However, with what I keep calculating strategy-wise is why ARCI got hooked up with Gregg and Geotraq in the first place. You have an existing company that is not generating the appropriate amounts of cash to support effective product development. So the only thing left to see is what executives in their right mind are going to craft a Buyout with a Stock Purchase that shifts the Control of their Company??
A year ago, I was under the impression these Preferred Shares were to be used to raise money to fund Geotraq's development. But then you start doing Any kind of DD and its clear this is a sham.
This whole thing will hing on what kind of backroom deal Juan Yunis has with the Isaacs and the rest of Tony and Jon's cronies. After October 23rd, 75% of this comoany will be under Yunis complete control. The writing is on the wall with this. The Recycling Business is the only Tangible Asset and once it is sold, a Dividend will be announced, show is over.
As of now, we can surmise they will cut a similiar quarterly loss so it is going to come down to how well they manage the daily operations, with Geotraq burning cash... the clock is against them. They will need a serious deal for Geotraq's alleged product before long. They have had a year to do something and have yet to produce a workable solution.
