To bring a high quality cannabis-based product to market takes major R&D.
OWCP has conducted that R&D and is now getting patents in receivership mode. that is why they brought on all these top level doctors and scientists. if when interviewing these top level individuals in their field at any time an inconsistency appeared these top level doctors and scientists would not be on OWCP board.

these individuals now are in alignment with the work OWCP has and have in fact added to it. multiple patents were brought from one doctor in particular,...now it is a team OWCP.
there are many CBD based products out on the market. many are misleading. here's an example of 2 products costing the same ($45 per 1/2oz bottle);
a product can boast 1500mg of CBD. but the snag here is it takes 5-20 drops of that particular product to have any affect on the person ingesting it.
another product will have 260mg of CBD. on the surface that appears that the other product with 1500mg is the better product,..1500mg vs. 260mg. but,..it only takes 1 drop of the 260mg to achieve the same affect the 1500mg has. that is 10 times the amount of CBD oil. the 1500mg product will be gone and the 260mg can be used of months.
for the potential OWCP customer it is important to undersatand that the extraction method is paramount to creating a superior OWCP cannabis-based product. i assisted in the creation of a particular CBD product and i know the research it took, i know whether to use isolate or raw,...i know the extraction methods that preserve the important other CBD components adding to high quality product,...i know what transport oil is best for a high quality CBD based product. if hemp is used you can be rest assured that the company offering that is not a true CBD product company. those companies are just getting on the bandwagon trend in CBD's.
