I'm waiting on my shares from TDA after initiating the transfer of my GCAN shares on the 21st.
Called TDA on the 26th and they denied a request was placed for the transfer. Called E-trade and they sent me a tracking number to prove that the request was placed and rejected on the 25th so they put in a second one.
Called TDA back yesterday and learned that the back office initially rejected my transfer stating that I had unsettled funds (this was untrue), then that my restricted shares could not be transferred and then recanted altogether and stated that they "erred"
I told them that I should have bailed when Scottrade was merging and that their reputation is not one to brag about.

You can transfer any shares for free from TDA to another account so call them back and tell them they're full of BS! You have to be persistent.
I should have my GCAN showing up in my Etrade account in next couple of days-free of charge.
TDA is shady for sure! Once my GCAN shares show up I'm transferring my entire account over to Etrade.

Hoping that GCAN will have a nice next week. Would have loved to have caught the first run like others did. I'll be ready with Etrade when my other free divvies come to life.

Would love some killer news come Monday. Go GCAN. Count down is on to October 17th-big day for many!
