Carlsonjr, sorry i couldn't reply to you sooner...i ran out of posts yesterday. I agree with your assessment. This has been in the works since last year and within the LOI, it states that their will be a change in control and that is most likely why we did not hear from NOUV. from here on out we should be getting updates from Brian Shibley or someone that he appoints to be the new president/ceo of the newly formed company. "high times" are ahead for all of us.
