Your info is as faulty as your opinion on this stock. ibx has over 200 million o/s and just filed to issue another 100+ million at .04/share. So not too long ago mhtx owned all of the Flynn technology and soon will hold about 20% unless they buy more ibx shares to offset the 50% dilution. Sadly all the cash manny and marv got their hands on for the Flynn spinoff is gone with very little to show for it.
