yes but my question was how long would a trial like this potentially take? shortest amount of time estimate and longest amount of time estimate ?


i read somewhere october 5th was just a ruling and i forget the name of the motion made from one party to the other to force them to provide evidence and if basically the judge views the evidence as being weak the judge has the power to dismiss the case. but also the danger in that was that if the evidence does in fact seem compelling the judge can make some sort of decision that favors the party that did present the evidence. from what i read it made it sound like it was a last ditch hail mary effort when the one party believes they will lose but they have nothing to lose in the attempt.
