I've never posted on this board before but have read more than a few posts. As near as I can tell there are at least 4 or 5 gals here. My rant (questions) are directed to them ...you guys can ignore it (bet you don't though, LOL).

WHY is it when a man gets lost while driving he CAN NOT and Will NOT stop and ask for directions? What thoughts go through their little pea brains? Somebody please enlighten me.

We live in a small town...went to the big city of Houston yesterday, a hard trip to begin with as we had to drive there and back the same day...a total of prox 400 miles (part of it in the rain). Okay, so did I expect *Lord and Master* to expertly navigate the city streets? NO! Did I bitch when he took a wrong turn and we went at least 50 miles out of our way ...well, actually it was more like 30 but what difference does a few miles make when I pointed out that I was tired and wanted to get home...why was he so careless, didn't care how I felt, shoulda been more considerate, wait til I tell his Mama, I had to pee, I was hungry, ...I mean, none of that shoulda been a good enough reason for him to continue roaring down the Interstate like a crazy fool. Right, gals?!?

Seriously...we were fortunate to have an OnStar advisor point us in the right direction so we finally found our way through the maze and arrived home 4 hours later then we should have...well, okay, so it was only an hour later. Sheesh...a minor detail.

The funniest part of the whole experience was when the OnStar guy who was up in Michigan somewhere, laughing his head off while listening to *Mr. Know-it-all* trying to blame ME for the wrong turn while I was denying it ... told us how much he enjoyed our "BANTERING" ...and asked us how long we'd been married. When we told him a little over 25 years...he said he'd only been married a year and he hoped that in the years to come he and his bride would have as much "FUN" as we appeared to be having!!! ROFL
