Like I said I don’t know how all this works, but they were given time to respond and make a defense and I assume there is probably some way for them to cure their deficiencies and get back in the good graces of the SEC in time, BUT, I also said that I don’t think they will even try. They’re toast, they’re done. They have played this one out as far as it will go. It’s not even worth it to try to save this company. I’ve been following this company for a long long time, years before I started posting here in I think it was 2012, and always knew this day would come. I figured they’d get busted out for fraud, but this works too.
