So, as I have said and Mopar. it comes down to what the HAP studies indicate. I say chew it all you like as long as no OXY is released above acceptable standards it would get approved, it does not matter that its PEO based.






I'm sure the Gang That Can't Shoot Straight has accidentally stumbled upon the one PEO-based ADF that doesn't dose dump when chewed. Since they claim to have never tested oral abuse liability, then they clearly were not intentionally trying to create a new formulation that doesn't dose dump. And since they've demonstrated such extreme competence in every other aspect of running a development-stage biotech, it is very reasonable to assume that they are the only ones who got it right (by accident no less!). This is at least as reasonable as other prognostications, such as the blue dye will not be a problem, PODRAS is already in Rexista, now is the time to average down (repeatedly), Regabatin partnership will save the day, and no reverse split is forthcoming.
