Market caps here at the bottom of the OTC don’t mean much, these trade mainly on speculation. I know next to zero about the health of NOUV’s business, except that trading at .0001 with stop sign and 10 Billion O/S, it did not look too good. Shareholders should definitely be pleased with the deal, it saves the doors closing for good, and in my opinion gives them a shot at making money as well. So instead of 100% of nothing it turns into 49% of something with potential big upside. The $1.2 Million for the grow business is arbitrary, PURA bought it not to long ago for $1.0 Million (not cash either). Next several weeks should be exciting. I hope to be kicking myself for not buying NOUV shares, but I will still benefit from PURA side. I have a lot of money tied up in several sub penny turnaround stories already, I can’t bet on them all. Go NOUV and PURA!!!!
