I believe they are referring to price projections, on a side note I do not like giving timelines or price projections especially with OTC stocks as I have seen stock gain 100, 1000, 3000, 6000+% in one day plenty of times

Ignore The Noise! Do Your Own DD Usually Intro Sections Are Full Of DD Stickies as many post as possible. Outside websites such as OTCShortReport, OTCMarkets for DD.
