All, I wish the best for you, because I own a fair amount of PURA and will get well over 500,000 shares of the new company for which I also want to do well. These .0001’s and .0002’s you are getting may do well, and again I hope they do. But for those of you mistakenly thinking NOUV shares will exist after the reverse merger, read the release again. PURA holders get 1:5 of the new company which is 100,000,000 shares which will constitute at most 25% but more likely less percentage of the new company. If for arguments sake, it is 25%, that means the new company will have only 400,000,000 O/S after merger. At most NOUV shareholders will have 49% of the new company or round to 200,000,000. Since the new company will have a new ticker and new name, the number of shares current NOUV holders will get with 10 Billion O/S is a reverse structuring of 1 for 50 in this rough example. That is not a reverse split, it is a restructuring an also reduces the A/S too. They real kicker is what the share price will be and what it may rise to. If in this example the new share price is .01, then it is breakeven, anything more and a big win. I believe the share price will be in the pennies, but the restructuring may be more like 1:100 or 1:200 for NOUV shares. Ask yourself why PURA would go to all this trouble to carry 10+ Billion shares right off the bat. When PURA split from USMJ, they ended PURA with 250,000,000 O/S and 500,000,000 A/S with USMJ shareholders getting 50,000,000 in dividend shares. 20%/10% respectively. Do not think of current NOUV shares existing anymore. Just some thoughts.
