Next stop is the Shareholder Meeting on October 23. Since the insiders hold the bulk of the voting power, we can surmise the Series A Preferred Shares will pass and will be converted.

We only have a few more days till the end of 3rd Quarter so unless some killer deal gets announced by Geotraq, we can assume the Recycling Business is still operating in a loss. They need the Preferred Shares to be converted before a deal can close to sell off the Business because then I am sure the very next move will be a Dividend will be announced. This is the payout for Tony and his Cronies.

Now, once the Recycling Business is sold, the ARCA is already changed to a NV Corporation, so this is a big sign this was a defensive move for when this moves into going out of business.

Only thing left is to see who they crown as the Captain of the Ship before this sinks as well as how much debt they load up on the boat to pull it under.

As far as the Patent goes. I suspect it won't even matter in 6 months time. Although they just might continue to use this rouse till unload their shares after the possible Dividend is declared.
