I mean of you follow what he did, he did a great job. He took Flit Technologies business model and mirrored it against a business plan that had a similar title. Piggy backed off of there affiliation with well known apps with the development of his own app which from what could tell used Uber and Lyft when dispatching drivers ( got that from comments. They said they voukd have just called Lyft themselves). Did crowd funding based off the fact that anyone world why could download and install the app worldwide which is a given for an app. Then created a shell to sell shares which the note holders had to complain to get their money because he defaulted on the terms. I mean at the end of the day this guy is still a millionaire and this is now a shell that people can pump if they wish. But I doubt we here from Tobi. I wouldn't be surprised if someone complained to SEC for fraud based off the misleading information presented by him to make people believe his company was the same as Flit Technology. Shareholders would have a case in my opinion.
