The big slug of .0001's acts as an anchor to keep the price down ...

that is put up by insiders for just that purpose in my opinion ... and i see that as a good sign ... hold the price low pre merger then let it run ... looks like we and insiders are playing with similar goals for existing shares ... all my opinion only
