I think it is fair to question why UNVC cannot get current when other companies in the MJ space registered in Delaware are not only current but SEC reporting.
As far as I have found there is nothing pointing to why they cannot get current except for back taxes that are due to Delaware which makes them not in good standing with the SoS and would prevent them from getting current, not anything to do with the DEA/FDA.
FDA would only come into play when they are trying to manufacture a product and distribute, the DEA/FDA have zero to do with financial reporting of public companies, for an alternative reporting pink sheet stock the SEC has even nothing to do with it, only OTC markets prevents a company from getting current on the pink sheets and no one else.
So I think it is a fair question to ask and clearly not nonsense
