Any news moving the pps higher? Still being manipulated on the bid. For you rookies, this is exactly why must resist the urge to chase a stock especially the pennies to easy to manipulate. The only reason MM can lock up the bid is when too many probably entered above .06 or .07! The pivot is .1498
