How much does the company owe the CEO?

Why aren’t there enough authorized shares to cover the fully-diluted share count?

CEO said earlier that this company is not like the other pinksheet companies. He said he would be reporting to pinksheets. Now not at all.

How many more preferred shares have even issued, and to whom?

Debunked? OTC Markets thinks BRAV might be.
