They do have plenty of money in the bank. But as it was laid out they will have plenty of expenses. It's like rehabbing an old house ... you never know the true cost until you REALLY get into the project. There will be more results to follow this year. At least more in depth. But there was also that comment of sharing the market with someone else. Kinds missed that part in traffic walking to work lol. Just a little bummed but nothing good ever comes easy. Wait for the bottom and average down for now I guess.
