After doing some intense DD, it looks like any valid cases that move on to set court dates with Apple have been settled early on. Of course not all cases are settled early such as the suit with Sony, but small suits pertaining to royalties especially, most have settled a few weeks after the initial court dates meeting which happened already on the 18th of Sept. Watch out for a company update stating the case is moving forward. It is likely not to mention a possible settlement amount, but a forward looking statement indicating Apple is in talks with them to settle. Awesome! I see .25 - .35 in the very very near term.
