Guys, I called and found it had and has ALOT to do with Etrade's handling of the trading of SECI and Etrade forcing shareholders to call in trades. YUP!Immediately after someone alerted SEC via Twitter no sooner than 2-3 hours later trading suspended. MM's are the prime suspects to market manipulation. In this case its a brokerage/MM.
