It doesn’t take much to blame management when you see a share price evaporates the way it has here.
Accepting down rounds via preferred that cause triggers is really ugly.

Simply I see all the supposed projects coming at premium cost to common. The company essentially has been selling itself at your expense. Does that sound fruitful at all?
