the 10k will likely be delayed cause the company doesn't want investors to know the details of this deal or how much total dilution has been compiled the past 3 months which may make even this deal look paltry. The mms and their cronies, including maybe this private equity company, have been shorting the price down since the filing came out and they can cover with their 1.9M+ shares, and keep the warrants for FREE, with Zero cost to them on the whole deal!.
And if the farm bill is delayed along with the 10k, it will be easy.
