Already a screw-up/delay...the Dharma application cited plans to convert the old JC Penney store in the Bristol Mall as the location of this project. A news report 20 hours ago stated exactly that--

Firm receives state license to establish CBD oil operation at Bristol Mall

Only one problem... the mall owner says "no" because a casino & resort is planned there. The Bristol city manager says---

City leaders support Dharma Pharmaceuticals to produce CBD oil, but wants company to move locations

Sep 26, 2018 06:38 PM EDT

"..the city wants to work with Dharma to find another location.

"I think there are plenty of spaces in Bristol for them to do that if they so choose," Eads said. "It would allow the resort and casino to be fully operational, to be able to use every available square inch at the Bristol Mall to turn that into a resort and casino."

If Dharma Pharmaceuticals does not find another location, Eads said the company will have to form an agreement with Par Ventures, the company that owns the mall

According to Eads, the Virginia Board of Pharmacy will now conduct an onsite visit and start background checks for the owners and investors of Dharma Pharmaceuticals.

He said Dharma Pharmaceuticals is expected to open in 14 months.

Seriously... Dharma just learned about this? How can the Virginia Board of Pharmacy will conduct an onsite visit if there's no site to visit? Finally...

14 months from now is NOVEMBER 26, 2019

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
