the fact is,... the entire market is down not just OWCP,...and those markets along with OWCP are in a correction phase. that affects all companies, in all sectors stockprice.

ex: AMZN was at $2025,..hit a low of $1887,...GWPH was at $161 a hit a low of $118,...

i could go on and on.

markets correct,...so will OWCP.
